Job Title: SEN Tutor - Daventry

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team in Daventry. As a SEN Tutor, you will work with children with special educational needs, providing one-to-one support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one tuition to children with special educational needs
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of each child
  • Assess and monitor the progress of each child, making adjustments to the learning plan as needed
  • Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the child receives the best possible support
Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching qualification (QTS or at least two years of teaching experience)
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Ability to assess and plan tuition sessions
  • Enthusiastic, engaging, and resilient
