Disaster Recovery Manager

Brio Digital is seeking a seasoned Disaster Recovery Manager to lead their efforts in ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will design and implement robust disaster recovery systems, navigate complex tech challenges, and safeguard critical operations.
- Develop and lead disaster recovery plans, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Design DR solutions for cloud services (AWS), ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Conduct risk assessments and automate recovery processes with tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of DR plans using observability tools and chaos engineering.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation and lead recovery efforts during disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and prepare detailed performance reports.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in disaster recovery or business continuity, with leadership experience.
- Expertise in AWS services and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with modern architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies.
