At Primark, we're committed to innovation and excellence in technology. As the Technology Resilience Lead, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the robustness, reliability, and recoverability of our infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive resilience strategy to ensure our systems can withstand and recover from disruptions.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and management of a robust technology recovery capability.
  • Lead the Technology Recovery incident response team in the event of a technology disaster.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and managed service partners to assure and enhance resilience capabilities.

Requirements:

  • At least [number] years of experience working at mid to senior level within technology resilience, disaster recovery, and IT operations roles.
  • Significant knowledge of technology infrastructure, architecture, and cloud computing.
  • Experienced in IT Service Delivery, technology business alignment, and technology transformation programmes.
