We are seeking a driven Sales Valuer/Lister to enhance our esteemed residential sales division at Gascoigne-Pees .

Key responsibilities of a Sales Valuer/Lister:

The primary objective of this position is to secure listings and acquire new property instructions for marketing while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also maximize opportunities to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Required skills and experience for a successful Sales Valuer/Lister:

  • Proven Estate Agency experience
  • Ideally, an accomplished Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator aspiring for career growth
  • Excellent customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Full UK driving licence holder
