As a paediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a young client with a neurological deficit, providing bespoke care and support to enable them to stabilise at home and achieve their personal goals.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality care and support to a child with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement a care plan
- Provide education and training to the client and their family on care and management of their condition
- Contribute to the development of the client's care package, including the use of Nasal-Jejunostomy and Nasogastric Tube
- Market-leading rates of pay
