About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Three Valleys Hospital in Keighley. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health issues.

As a Charge Nurse, you will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, ensuring the day-to-day operations of your unit are performing well. You will also:

  • Delegate nursing tasks to Nurses working in the unit and coordinate with other teams.
  • Monitor service users' conditions and respond to changes.
  • Supervise other members within the team's unit and provide guidance and support.
  • Make critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Be liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, with effective communication and collaboration.
