Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme & Projects Manager to oversee our marketing initiatives at KP Snacks. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the Intersnack Imagine (Product to Market) framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for all marketing-related projects, ensuring effective communication across various functions.
  • Plan, execute, and report on the Branded KP UK Innovation strategy, focusing on New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) marketing cost efficiencies.
  • Manage procurement material alterations and packaging change initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor Project Manager(s) to foster professional growth and development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Extensive project management experience within the FMCG food sector.
  • Expertise in at least one functional area such as Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, or Finance.
  • Previous programme management experience, preferably with Prince 2 or similar qualifications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide project teams effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects of varying complexities.
