Job Summary

The Highland Council is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Site Supervision Team, you will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering capital works schemes throughout the Highland Council area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of site teams to ensure compliance with contracts, programs, and specifications.
  • Develop and implement designs, assessments, and reports for civil engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Hold a HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least 2 years of post-HNC experience in site supervision and construction management.
  • Have access to personal transport to enable travel to various sites throughout the Highland Council area.
