- Stay abreast of legislative changes, industry trends, and best practices in town planning.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including client engagement, proposal development, and networking activities.
- Minimum 15 years experience in town planning, with a proven track record in a consultancy environment.
- In-depth knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
