We are seeking an experienced Family lawyer to join our national family team. As a Family lawyer, you will manage your own case load, assist other Solicitors in the team, and provide high-level client care while maintaining adherence to our national standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own case load, including divorce, matrimonial finances, private children work, and cohabitation disputes
  • Assist other Solicitors in the team with case management and client care
  • Provide high-level client care, including realistic advice, setting expectations, and handling negotiations
  • Manage time recording and billing to achieve personal chargeable hours, billing, and cash collection targets
  • Engage in development of the business for the Family Team by attending networking events and assisting with marketing opportunities
