**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the Money and More service, developing and implementing strategies to support Carers with financial challenges.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on benefits, debt, energy efficiency, and concessions to Carers and their families.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver outreach services across various venues in Manchester, ensuring effective support to Carers.
  • Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to promote the service and enhance its impact.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the service meets the needs of Carers.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in benefits advice, debt advice, and financial support services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
