About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Relief House Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Relief House Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of our residential developments, and ensuring the well-being of our homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming service to homeowners and their guests
  • Manage the development's facilities, including the gardens and grounds
  • Coordinate social events and activities to enhance the living experience
  • Deal with emergency situations in a professional and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, families, and external partners
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
