## Role Overview

We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team at Cavendish Maine as a UK Account Manager. This is a new role created to drive sales growth and learn from the European Sales Manager.

## Key Responsibilities

* Adopt a pro-active approach to customer appointments, building strong networks and great relationships
* Understand the business needs of each customer and make product recommendations that deliver sales growth
* Achieve sales and profit targets that meet company and customer expectations
* Actively promote the brand at relevant trade shows and events

* A negotiable basic salary between £40,000 - £45,000 plus performance-based bonus

* Experience of industrial/ engineering sales to distributors and/or end-users
* A track record of field sales success in an industrial or engineering environment
* A talent for planning and organisation
