About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Producer to join our dynamic Creative team at Trinny London. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from conception to completion, ensuring that all shoots are well-planned and executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creative production process, ensuring that all shoots are planned and executed to meet our brand's visual creative direction and tone of voice.
  • Schedule and book all elements of shoots, including models, crew, stylists, MUAs, kit, and props, ensuring that the shoot runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Attend and lead pre-production meetings, communicating production updates effectively to ensure seamless collaboration with the Creative Project Manager.
  • Work closely with the Creative Project Manager to ensure that all shoot dates align with creative delivery timelines, allowing for sufficient time between briefings and shoots.
  • Have a clear and authoritative voice on set, ensuring that shoots run smoothly and to plan.
  • Orchestrate creative project budgets, assigning day-to-day management to the team, ensuring commercial acumen and negotiating supplier rates to stay within budget.
  • Ensure production schedules, budgets, and legal compliance are met, delivering work to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Extensive shoot experience overseeing the production of stills and video within premium or luxury brands, from conception through to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the creative production process, producing high-quality content that aligns with our visual creative direction and tone of voice.
  • Collaborative team player with an open mindset, assertive communication style, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing budgets and knowledge of post-production video editing software, such as Premiere Pro and After Effects, is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with flawless attention to detail and the ability to manage diaries and expectations around production.
  • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously.
