Swim Instructor

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at our Yeovil FWC site. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
About the Role:
- Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
- Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals.
- Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
- Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach.
- Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
Requirements:
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Good people skills and a love for swimming.
- Ability to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £18.00, depending on experience.
- Opportunity to gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve performance.
