This is a full-time, temporary position designed to last for a duration of 2-3 months.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn your capacity as a Commercial Administrator, you will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and play a crucial role in delivering a professional and efficient service to the commercial department. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing the purchase ledger process, including the handling of purchase orders.
- Processing delivery tickets with accuracy.
- Ordering necessary materials for operations.
- Completing purchase requisitions in a timely manner.
- Facilitating requests for new accounts.
- Addressing and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Coding support plant and entering data into the computerized costing system.
- Performing various general administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in data entry and administrative functions.
- Relevant background in a purchase ledger role.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The hourly compensation for this role is set at £12.82 per hour.
