We are seeking an experienced and skilled Home Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care home, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the care home team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver excellent care and services.
- Care Delivery: Oversee the delivery of care and services to residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the care home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Financial Management: Manage the care home's budget and finances, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
- Qualifications: Recognised qualification in health and social care, such as a degree or diploma in a relevant field.
