Position Overview

In the role of Housekeeping Coordinator, you will play an essential part in preserving the cleanliness and appealing presentation of our hotel accommodations and communal spaces. Your diligence, efficiency, and commitment to enhancing the guest experience will be crucial to our hotel's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure timely cleaning and preparation of rooms and public areas.
• Guarantee that all accommodations are well-kept, adequately supplied, and ready for guest arrivals.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms following established hotel protocols, including changing linens, making beds, and replenishing towels and amenities as necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces.
• Perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting as required, ensuring trash is removed and bins are maintained in all public areas.
• Assist in monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies and amenities, reporting any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms or public areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to uphold a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
• Familiarity with proper cleaning methods and safe usage of cleaning equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
