Role Overview

As a key member of our Facilities Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing the administration and systems for efficient laundry control and delivery. This includes ensuring timely and accurate processing and distribution of linens and laundry, as well as overseeing inventory management and maintaining optimal stock levels. You will also coordinate the maintenance and distribution of mattresses and hire goods, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are available as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, safe, and comply with all regulations. You will also have the opportunity to recruit and train new support team members and complete relevant administrative tasks, including team rota's, safety and legislative compliance checks.

Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a Cleaning Manager or Housekeeping Manager which is great. Or maybe you're an experienced Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking for the next step. All we are looking for is...

- Proven experience leading large teams in a Cleaning Services or similar environment
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- Strong decision-making ability
