Role Overview

As a General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with your teams to foster strong working relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.

In addition to possessing excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills, you will showcase a genuine enthusiasm for food and service.

  • Work alongside the culinary team to create balanced and nutritious menus that accommodate various dietary needs and preferences.
  • Oversee and manage the catering budget, ensuring efficient operations while upholding quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational administrators and faculty members.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire catering personnel.

  • Demonstrated experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in a high-volume, quality-driven setting.

  • Exceptional coaching, delegation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, creative environment while thriving under pressure.
