As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring the toy aisles are well-stocked and visually appealing, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising stock and replenishing the department to meet customer demand
  • Pricing and implementing promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy aisles and surrounding areas
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers

We offer a competitive 20% toy discount in Entertainer stores, making it an ideal opportunity for those passionate about toys and customer service.

Shift patterns and days will vary, but you will be notified in advance. Overtime opportunities may also be available.
