This reputable company, The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd, has a strong track record of growth over the past 40 years and is now seeking an Internal Account Executive to join their dynamic team.
As an Internal Account Executive, you will play a key role in proactively working with named customers to drive account growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests, both via phone and email, to provide timely and effective support.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team and Customer Support teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of internal projects that drive business growth and improvement.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of internal sales experience, with a proven track record of dealing directly with customers.
A proactive and planned approach to account management, combined with an adaptable selling and relationship-building style, is essential for success in this role.
Salary: up to £33k plus bonus
