We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Pharmacist to lead our Trauma and Orthopaedics team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for Trauma and Orthopaedics patients, including medication management and optimization.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance on clinical pharmacy issues and offer professional leadership in this area of care.
- Identify areas for improvement in pharmaceutical care and prescribing, and develop strategies to address these.
- Lead and develop education and training programs for healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical aspects of Trauma and Orthopaedics.
