Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sessional Support Workers for children with learning disabilities. As a leading provider of services to children and adults with learning disabilities in the London Borough of Sutton, we are committed to providing high-quality group-based services to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to children with learning disabilities in a group-based setting
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for children

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing support to children or adults with learning disabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults
