Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Portcities. As a Sales Executive - ERP System Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the sales process for ERP system Odoo implementations, gathering customer requirements, and presenting Portcities' services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management
    • Follow-up on inbound and outbound leads to qualify and organize meetings with the consulting team to support the sales process.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain relationships with new acquisitions, focusing on solution-based sales to create added value in custom software implementations.
  • Account Management
    • Manage relationships with existing clients, including upsell negotiations, account receivable follow-up, and credit management, in coordination with the project delivery team.
  • Sales Process Leadership
    • Lead the sales process for ERP system Odoo implementations, gather customer requirements, present Portcities' services, and actively participate in tendering opportunities.
  • Networking and Lead Generation
    • Network to generate new leads and opportunities, contributing to the development of a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Event Management
    • Manage internal and third-party online and offline events to promote Portcities' services and generate leads.
  • Content Localization
    • Assist in localizing the marketing content to the country's local language to enhance market presence.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in solution-based sales, business development, or pre-sales, with a focus on ERP system implementation or software development/implementation.
  • Software Experience
    • Experience with ERP, CRM, and CMS (as a key user, salesperson, etc.)
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent in English is required.
