Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in effective communication with a variety of stakeholders, including clinicians, management, service users, and their families.
  • Offering compassionate leadership and support to junior team members and assistants.
  • Facilitating occupational therapy placements for students.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of performance reviews and personal development plans for junior staff.
  • Taking charge of the creation and implementation of relevant policies and care pathways.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

  • A recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Extensive clinical experience working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Proficiency in applying various occupational therapy frameworks and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability in clinical reasoning and decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of assessment and treatment strategies.
  • Experience working with neurodiverse populations.
