As a key member of our psychological services, you will report to the Lead Psychologist and engage in a diverse range of tasks, including conducting individual and group therapy sessions, performing diagnostic assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and executing comprehensive risk evaluations. Additionally, you will facilitate reflective practice sessions for staff and play a vital role in the development and delivery of training programs.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing a caseload of service users, assessing their complex psychological needs, and providing tailored therapeutic interventions to support their recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide initial evaluations for service users
- Deliver high-quality psychological interventions independently
- Engage therapeutically with clients presenting complex psychological issues using diverse assessment techniques
- Develop and implement specialized treatment plans based on a comprehensive understanding of individual needs
- Maintain exceptional standards of care in accordance with professional guidelines and organizational policies.

Essential Qualifications:
- Recognized psychology degrees accredited by the BPS
- Registration with the HCPC
- Chartered Psychologist status with relevant postgraduate qualifications
- Approved supervisor status in line with BPS guidelines
- Expertise in evidence-based psychological practices
- Experience in applying psychological principles within clinical environments
- Background in working with clients experiencing cognitive challenges
- Research and project management experience.
