Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Control Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our credit account invoicing, investigating unpaid invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage proforma invoicing on a weekly basis, raising and sending out invoices to clients
  • Investigate and resolve unpaid proforma invoices, working closely with sales staff and clients to ensure timely payment
  • Control and update the credit account invoicing spreadsheet on a daily basis, raising and sending out credit account invoices
  • Process offsets from credit notes and manage email queries from showrooms regarding invoice copies
  • Forecast and update financial data on a daily basis, sending customer statements and chasing overdue debt
  • Utilize the Procure Wizzard system for invoicing IHG hotels and manage company credit cards for drivers
  • Answer phone calls, post credit account payments, and allocate payments and offsets
  • Manage company credit cards, reconcile receipts, and perform manual proforma invoicing
  • Address ad hoc queries and tasks as required
