About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Support Specialist to join our team at Premium Credit. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of training programs and initiatives that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager and team, including coordinating training sessions, managing training materials, and maintaining training records.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, including creating training content, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain training databases, including tracking training participation, evaluating training effectiveness, and reporting on training metrics.
  • Support the development and implementation of training strategies and initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including subject matter experts, training participants, and business leaders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience with training delivery, facilitation, and evaluation, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
