We are seeking a passionate and creative Play Ambassador to join our team at Purple Dragon Play, a luxury private members club for families with children up to twelve years of age.

About the Role

As a Play Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering innovative adventures, activities, and child-initiated play experiences that bring our monthly theme to life. You will work closely with our team to ensure a safe and engaging environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver creative and imaginative play sessions in structured classes in accordance with our Play Team guidelines and Weekly Themes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our club's procedures and policies.
  • Set up play areas, rotate and clean resources, and ensure a range of age-appropriate toys and games are available.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly adventures and experiences, ensuring they are safe, age-appropriate, and engaging.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience delivering children's activities in professional settings.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Play work or childcare or equivalent.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Clear Enhanced DBS.
  • Passionate about play and child engagement.
  • Creative and able to use imagination and original ideas to engage in play activities.
What We Offer
  • Full-time 40 hours per week, over 4 days a week (zero-hour contracts also available).
  • Weekend availability needed.
  • 28 days of Holiday per year.
  • Share of Monthly Service Charge (approx. £).
  • Regular Training, from child welfare to magic tricks.
  • Full uniform supplied.
