About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Obstetric Sonographer to join our team at Your Baby Scan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing accurate and safe ultrasound services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean scan room environment, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and patient comfort.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough patient information, including consent and risk assessment.
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound scans, including fetal health assessments and anomaly detection.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear and compassionate explanations of scan results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Sonographer.
  • 1 year of experience in obstetric ultrasound (preferable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
