We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Howells Recruitment. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful management and control of all aspects of the commercial/financial and contractual elements of the works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractor packages and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Produce cost reports and valuations to ensure accurate financial management of projects.
  • Process subcontractor payments and applications for payments to ensure timely payment to subcontractors.
  • Manage variations and final accounts to ensure accurate financial management of projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree or other technical qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in quantity surveying with a residential developer.
