About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team at our Milton Keynes site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our client's site as the first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.
  • Carrying out emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
  • Delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work.
  • Working autonomously to ensure the smooth operation of our client's site.
Requirements
  • 18th edition or HVAC experience.
  • On the job experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £39,500 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
