Strategic Workforce Planning Manager

My client, Oakleaf Partnership, is seeking a dynamic Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Manager to lead and execute long-term workforce strategies across the organization. This pivotal role involves owning the SWP process, building capability, and using data-driven insights to ensure we have the right people with the right skills to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SWP strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Use data analytics to inform workforce planning decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of workforce planning professionals to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce planning and talent management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000
  • A permanent contract with x2 days per week on site
  • An ASAP start date
