Job Title: Night Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Team Member to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Night Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and secure environment, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, responding to their requests promptly and courteously.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain strict security procedures, including credit transactions, accounting procedures, and guest confidentiality/privacy.
  • Communication: Maintain communication channels between hotel guests and departments, both verbally and in writing.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally.
  • Documentation: Document accurately all internal and guest messages, distributing them according to specified hotel procedure.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take food and drink orders from customers, prepare drinks, and assist with room service.
  • Bar Operations: Restock the bar, assist with closing procedures, and prepare for breakfast service.
  • Conference and Event Support: Set up conference rooms and breakout areas for events, working closely with Conference and Front Office Departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles and food and beverage service is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well as a team.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate and ability to learn new software.
