Senior Research Engineer

This is a permanent, full-time vacancy at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). The successful candidate will be part of the Digital Engineering Team, based in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project technical deliverables, ensuring work meets or exceeds customer requirements and is delivered within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Undertake innovative engineering research work focused on technology/manufacturing readiness levels (TRL/MRL) 3+.
  • Support Senior Managers with a proactive approach in identifying, specifying, and delivering new and novel technology capability.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver work, providing strong technical leadership and support.
