Job Description

Rizing, a global leader in SAP consulting, specializes in delivering complete solutions for Fashion, Retail, and Consumer Industries. Our expertise in SAP S/4HANA for Fashion and SAP S/4HANA Retail enables us to provide tailored solutions for apparel, footwear, fashion, and retail companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive solutions for enterprise-scale customers in the Fashion & Lifestyle industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Provide technology direction and industry-specific solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Work closely with Rizing's sales force to create and define consulting projects that align with customer business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain credible relationships with key customer personnel.
  • Conduct strategic level workshops with customers to drive IT solutions for acceptance.
  • Develop solution frameworks and implementation plans to achieve customer business targets.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Oversee project activities leading to the implementation of designed solutions.
  • Provide guidance and direction on Enterprise Applications/Technology to customers and employees.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure seamless and successful delivery of services to customers.
  • Inform country organizations of customer needs and trends in the marketplace.
  • Participate in pre-sales engagements and demonstrate industry best practices and technology solutions.
  • Interact with Rizing country organizations to deploy expertise on engagement teams.
  • Be a role model and coach for team members, identifying and nominating necessary training.
  • Document and disseminate knowledge within the organization.

Requirements:

  • General degree or equivalent/recognized professional qualifications.
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional processes of enterprise applications or multiple technology platform proficiency with at least 10-12 years of functional and technical SAP experience and industry knowledge.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of integrated business environments with a deep understanding of the Fashion and Lifestyle industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP implementation methodology.
  • A minimum of 2 complete project life cycles in an SAP Architecting role, with customer engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas and opinions to all stakeholders.
  • Be result-oriented, with an ability to lead and work in teams - interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Ability and willingness to take on new initiatives/technologies.
  • Excellent influencing and persuasion skills with customers and internal project teams and management.
