We are seeking a highly skilled Ice Rink Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Off To Work. As an Ice Rink Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the ice surface is smooth and safe for skaters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ice Resurfacing: Operate Zambonis and maintain a high-quality ice surface.
  • Refrigeration Oversight: Monitor and adjust refrigeration systems to maintain optimal ice conditions.
  • Safety Protocols: Regularly inspect the ice and rink area to meet health and safety standards.
  • Setup Assistance: Assist with the setup and breakdown of rink components, including barriers and lighting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have previous experience in ice rink maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in handling refrigeration and ice resurfacing equipment.
  • Maintenance Know-How: Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
