Senior Buyer - Print, Software, Office Supplies and Imaging Essentials

At 55 Redefined Ltd, we're passionate about helping everyone enjoy amazing technology. As a Senior Buyer, you'll be part of our fast-paced commercial team, working closely with our go-to-market team and supplier partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of direct reports in managing high-turnover, complex categories, including Print, Software, Office Supplies, and Imaging Essentials.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to bring customers the best ranges while minimizing NET cost of goods.
  • Negotiate product ranges, cost pricing, additional terms, exclusivity, distribution, and stock availability with suppliers.
  • Maximize EBIT across the category by negotiating additional financial terms related to ranging, activity, and performance.
  • Provide and regularly review team members' objectives, priorities, and performance via Personal Development Reviews and one-to-ones.
  • Support the development of the wider team, ensuring we have a capable and committed team who understand their role in delivering the company vision.
Requirements:
  • Substantial buying experience working within a FMCG/Fashion or Hard Goods fast-paced retailer.
  • Customer champion with excellent commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
