- Identify and manage high-risk drivers to ensure fleet safety.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers to support fleet operations.
- Analyze data to improve fleet performance and operational efficiency.
- Use Excel daily for data management and compliance tasks.
- Continuously evaluate processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience in fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Proven track record in planning to cover fleet network requirement peaks.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using Excel for data management and analysis.
- Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to continuously improve operations.
