We are seeking a highly skilled Process Loss Specialist to join our Central Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving down losses in our stores and process fails upstream in the warehouse.

Your primary focus will be on Central Tagging Operations, which has embarked on a journey to increase capacity in several ways. You will be responsible for driving forward the output and efficiencies of this process.

Key Responsibilities

* Report to the Process Loss Manager within Central Operations
* Collaborate with Warehouse leadership and Tagging Team Leader
* Work closely with Trading, Supply Chain Planning, Stores, and Finance teams to deliver ambitious goals
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce losses
* Analyze data and KPIs to inform decision-making
* Embed a positive 'can-do' culture
* Ensure effective communication with Central Operations Leadership team
* Build a Central Tagging Plan for the future
* Implement new processes and procedures
* Work with outside suppliers to implement new kit and provide feedback
* Review data within SAP, Power BI, and Excel to provide insights and recommendations
