About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Me Time team as a Facilitator. As a valued colleague, you will play a key role in supporting people with a learning disability to develop skills and confidence, expand their networks, and be fully included in their local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of person-centred plans that meet the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support.
  • Ensure that all plans are implemented in a way that promotes independence, choice, and control.
  • Build positive relationships with the people we support, their families, and the wider community.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
