Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to join our expanding team at the Birmingham office. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the regional team, providing technical guidance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining market awareness to support the Regional Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the regional team
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain market awareness
  • Work closely with the Regional Technical Director to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and develop a team of Building Surveyors

Requirements:

  • MRICS accreditation
  • Previous experience in residential, insurance, and contract administration projects

  • Proven experience in managing a team to achieve KPIs and maintain productivity levels
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
