LCV Supervisor

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced LCV Supervisor to join our client's team in the Leicester area. As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Communicate effectively with workshop technicians and service reception to validate booking information and repair times
* Manage customer expectations by working with each stage of the service process
* Maximise shift performance through effective problem-solving, coaching, and development
* Manage workshop work-in-progress and provide timely updates on progress to service reception or directly to the customer
* Work to the highest standards, surpassing manufacturer and VOSA standards
* Conduct thorough safety checks and prepare vehicles for MOTs
* Maintain product knowledge and skills to company requirements
* Attend training courses as identified and required
* Conduct quality control checks on technician repairs
* Maintain housekeeping to company standards and ensure everyone in the workshop works to H&S standards
