About the Role

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Adult Safeguarding Social Worker to join our team as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP). Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of assessments, working closely with the Community Mental Health team and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct Mental Health Act assessments and referrals, collaborating with colleagues across adult social care and health.
  • Support relatives and carers in their roles through the provision of care and guidance.
Requirements
  • Accredited Approved Mental Health Professional with current or recent warrant.
  • Extensive knowledge of mental health policies and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
