We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Stafford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering independence and enriching the lives of four incredible ladies with learning disabilities and autism.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing minimal personal care support and promoting independence
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication administration
  • Engaging in activities that promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental well-being
  • Using your creativity to make everyday activities exciting and meaningful
  • Working flexibly to meet the needs of the individuals you support

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.70, with additional pay for sleep-in shifts
  • A part-time schedule of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
