Food Safety Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd as a Food Safety Team Leader. This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in hygiene management, leadership, and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize hygiene standards through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Cleaning in Place (CIP) protocols.
- Improve quality performance by maintaining optimal hygiene standards.
- Enhance yield performance by ensuring optimal hygiene standards.
- Nurture a high-performing workforce by promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Implement cost reduction and lean processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to drive excellence.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations, Health and Safety policies, and Company Procedures.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role managing a team in a challenging environment.
- COSHH Trained
- HACCP Level 2 Certified
- FLT Trained
- First Aid Trained
- Fire Marshal Certified
