About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic product design team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional customer-centric experiences across all of our digital platforms, encompassing both guest-facing interfaces and internal team member tools.
With an ambitious digital roadmap aligned with our growth strategy, you'll be at the forefront of delighting our customers. This is a fully remote position within the UK, allowing for flexibility while fostering collaboration with your team and stakeholders through occasional in-person meetings.
Your Responsibilities:- Design intuitive and user-friendly products that align with business objectives by deeply understanding our guests and users.
- Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and users to explore innovative design solutions.
- Ensure a consistent and seamless experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Champion the Haven Design System, promoting reusability and best practices.
- Lead conceptualization efforts, inspire new thinking, and guide delivery teams in creating exceptional user experiences for web interfaces and applications.
- Translate business goals into unique design solutions that drive impact.
- Mentor and support junior members of the design team, fostering their growth and development.
- Proven experience in designing for large brands, either in-house, agency, or freelance settings.
- Experience mentoring junior designers or a strong willingness to do so.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, web accessibility guidelines, and industry best practices.
