About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dispenser NVQ Specialist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Dispenser NVQ Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Pharmacy Manager and team to ensure that all customers and patients are served with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager and team in the dispensary and on the pharmacy counter
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and patient care
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the pharmacy, including dispensing medication and managing stock
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in dispensing or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work a shift pattern and hours that may include weekends and bank holidays
  • Experience of working in a community pharmacy is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
