About the Role:

Guidepoint is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and senior sales managers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Guidepoint's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
